Our dog, a miniature long-haired dachshund was called Judy. She was very loveable and affectionate but also had a shrieking bark if strangers approached the house. If she recognised visitors, she'd become very excited and run around the house making crying noises. She didn't much like "walkies" - her short legs easily became tired!
