Happy had been enrolled in the Orange County (FL) Sheriff's Dept drug-sniffing school for two months before being returned to Lab Rescue in Gainesville, FL, which turned into their loss and my gain. Happy is a true retriever. She'll retrieve golf balls off the green, tennis balls, chocolate brownies, cupcakes, grease/aluminum foil from the grill grease-trap, toads, lizards and (attempted retrieve) skunks. The girl has the stomach of a goat.
